More On Bubble World

It seems like this subject of bubble world is worth while pursuing,
it's nature, it's origin, and maybe how it might evolve.

And of course it is true we've always existed in some kind of
bubble world.  So at sometime, information was very local,
and the differences between, villages or groups even closely
situated might be significant, and of course when information
becomes fragmented conflicts or confusion will result.

The introductions of media, written word, tended to expand the
bubble, and so the process of extension, continued, but now
the intensification of media has created the situation of bubbling
on the level of the individual but still maintaining larger trends
in bubbles, so that similar kinds of bubbles my have geographic
regularities, but individual bubbling will cause information
diversity in even closely related region or groups.

But the effects in general is greater difficulties in creating
dialog s that are coherent, based on common vocabulary
and connections between significant information.  Dialog s
of that type  tend toward cooperative and collective ventures and
innovation.  So there should be a way to diffuse some of
the less positive effects of this apparently increasing trend.

I believe that this concept of moral compass is significant
in reducing some of the less positive effects of
bubble world.  But clearly this requires efforts,  first in
figuring out how this stuff works( moral compass ), and  also
in the efforts required to strengthening and supporting this
( maybe you could call it " tech " ) perspective.

But there are other steps that can be taken to diffuse
some of those less positive effects created by bubble
world, as well.  In particular is the importance of
community and breaking down insularity and
callousness.   Both of these characteristics make
bubble world more chaotic, conflicted, and more
difficult for establishing collective efforts,
producing socially valuable results.
