How We Won the War

Now I guess, I'm just going on about something, because we live in a time
of going on about something, since there is so much to go on about.  But in
some ways I'm just following up a bit on the idea of theory of strings, and
adding brass and woodwinds and stuff.

But of course, I would google the title : How We Won the War,
and so I've linked to this which points to Amazon, and a book,
written shortly around the end of the Vietnam war,1975, by a
Vietnamese General.  When I started this I didn't know where
it would go.

But what I was thinking about was WWII, an American victory,
or rather, Allied Victory.  And people may differ in view points
on how that actually took place.

Some may say it was better technology or resources.  In particular, I think
of human resources, and most particularly that technology , of American Jazz.
Of course we (U.S. and allies) had it and Japanese and Germans did not.
However, I don't want to seem like I'm trivializing those  event.

And though we did have had other technology, that jazz, especially tinged
with the blues ---> and very American, beginning in the 1930's was able to lift
peoples spirits through hard and difficult times, and on through the war.

I have not read the book mentioned above, but in the end, I certainly
feel the one of the  keys to achieving success in difficult times
is for us to be able to raise our spirits collectively  in the face of
those difficult challenges.
