Can only build it so long....

So Seldon Crisis,  it is easy to get all muddled up with the rise and
fall of civilizations, in connection with this,,, and it's an interesting path,
but I need to get to the point, what is our current """.... whatever
you want to call it crisis """" ....

I would call it a crisis of " REASON "....
meaning the inability to digest some simple facts:

Simple facts, easy to recognize, for example.

1) we have 1 / one / that means only one, planet here.

2) mostly, if you think about it the " people " population
    is represented as one species, even if there might
    be " out liers " in some technical sense ...

3)  is a little harder to grasp,,,,

     Do we want to live in an environment of confusion,
     chaos, massive difficulties, or " in some degree of
     comfort, with a sense of dignity and some kind of
     sense of security. ??????

If it cost a little more to get the latter, you must certainly
admit,, the cost is worth it, because the main alternative
is highly unpleasant.
